Description
This is a larger version of the Kent Infinity Shave Brush. The Infinity range utilises a synthetic “Silvertex” knot rather than badger hair. Silvertex is a material specially developed by Kent to mimic natural bristle and provides an alternative for those who prefer not to use animal hair. It is softer than most badger hair brushes.
To obtain the richest lather Kent advise that you hold the brush under a hot running tap and keep as much water on the brush as possible. Apply a “pea” size amount of shaving cream (please not gel from a can) to the tips of the filaments and use the cup of your hand or a bowl to mix up a rich lather. Do not use too much pressure in doing this as this will cause the filaments to flatten. If you need to use more water, dip the tip of the brush in water and flick the brush gently to remove the excess. When you have finished your wet shave clean the brush head under running water until soap free.
