Description
The 38C is a 2 piece safety razor and has a straight bar head with a closed comb so less skin is exposed to the blade. It has a solid brass core which makes it heavier than most other razors in the Merkur range. This, together with its longer handle, makes it an ideal razor for a larger hand. The extra weight means that the razor and the blade does the shaving for you. The longer handle – 95mm – has a spiral etched design reminiscent of the traditional “barbers pole” providing a sure grip. As a two piece razor the base of the handle unscrews to release the top head plate and allow for blade replacement. This razor accepts all standard DE razor blades. This set is perfect for the more experienced wet shaver who appreciates beautiful design! Supplied with a single blade.
