This Thiers Issard shave brush is a very good quality hand turned and hand filled shaving brush, filled with a mix of silvertip badger hair and boar hair all set in a beautiful black horn base. The mix of hair in this brush is designed to combine the benefits of the water retention properties of silvertip badger hair and the more robust qualities of badger hair. A wonderful prelude to any shave. N.B. As with all natural materials, the colouring and marking of black horn varies from one brush to another.
